He has worked with many of the nation's leading companies from Arby's to Xerox. Rick has earned Latter & Blum's top producer award in 1989 and 1995. He has also been honored by the Commercial Investment Division of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors for Biggest Retail Sale (1995) Largest Retail Lease (2005), and he has been recognized for two consecutive years (1995 and 1996) as the Top Retail Volume Producer in New Orleans. Rick was Latter & Blum's top New Orleans area commercial producer for 2000, 2001, 2003 and 2004.

After over 22 years with the Commercial Department of Latter & Blum, Inc., Rick founded Kirschman Realty in 2006.
